Ireland’s School of Falconry is open every day of the year (except Xmas Day), by appointment only. The earliest time for a Hawk Walk booking is 9.30am and the latest time is at 4pm. Any time within this timeframe, either on the hour or half past the hour, is bookable by email or telephone and is subject to availability. The Falconry School is situated in the grounds of Ashford Castle Hotel. We are signposted (on foot only) from the far side of the castle and are about a ten minute walk from the castle itself.
